Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients at all levels (from Senior to Junior) on a day-to-day basis
Proactively and positively leading the agency team to instill confidence at all levels
Promote the expansion of business with existing clients
Teaming up with other senior managers to generate new accounts
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically when necessary

• Knowledge of CS and understanding of the production process
• Ability to work independently but also be able to communicate effectively with managers and other departments
• Open studio environment (it helps if you like people and play well with others)
• Excellent communications skills and consistent work ethic
• Ability to work well under pressure (of course you know what this means if you’ve made it this far on the checklist).

Job requirements:

• One to three years of production artist experience in an advertising agency or marketing department environment

• Strong emphasis on detail, with dedication to accuracy and efficiency

• Familiarity with production requirements and knowledge of pre-pressing

• Strong proficiency in all Adobe® Creative Suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Video editing software experience is a definite asset

Google recently hosted their top-performing SMB partner agencies at a three-day summit in Mountain View, CA.
