Not many people get the opportunity to meet Doug, which is a good thing, as he spends most of his time tracking outstanding accounts. Often speculated to be the missing "D" in OKD, some may regard Doug as a bit of a primate, but he actually brings a very evolutionary approach to the business. And, although he may drag his knuckles occasionally in terms of adapting to change, he is quick to embrace new technology and has created a very popular blog.
