The veritable 'O' in OKD, Len Olynyk is one of the founders of the agency. Len came up through the media ranks at major Toronto Agencies and Buying Services before moving "account side" and then into overall agency financial management.
His media background was instrumental in OKD developing its own highly effective media department that has been instrumental in attracting clients that are looking for media expertise as a key component of their agencies skill set When he's not on the golf course in the summer, planning the next agency trip or "crunching numbers" he continues to provide strategic counsel to many of the agencies key accounts.
A father to two grown boys who are now actively involved in the business, and a husband for over 30 years, Len's dedication to the agency and its clients pales only in comparison to that of his family. As the host of the annual OKD pool party, Len has also been known to provide the cold beer and cab fare for staff members who have put bigger numbers under the 'P' column than under the 'L'.
